Class Reunions are a perfect time for Bexley Alumni to get together with classmates and to relive old memories. Many class reunions are planned around the Independence Day holiday in order to allow for Alumni to participate in the Bexley July 4 Parade and attend the Bexley Fireworks. Class reunions often include informal receptions or picnics, dinners or brunches, golf outings and other social activities.
Planning your class reunion can seem like an overwhelming task. The BEF staff can provide a current contact list, help you promote your events, and assist in locating resources locally to help reunion chairpersons. On this page, we’ll share suggestions that may be of help to the organizers. Please let us know if you have suggestions that we can post here as well. Thank you!
Class Reunions Update (June 2021)
Recent events have affected Bexley’s 4th of July activities and the classes ending in “0” and “5” postponed their 2020 reunions to 2021. If your graduation years ends in a “1” or a “6” this means your class is scheduled for a reunion in 2021. Please continue to check here to get information about any parties or Bexley city events. Your class may also have a website or Facebook page. Some classes are making plans for late summer or in the fall. If your class has made any last minute plans, let us know and we’ll share your information!
Information regarding July 4th activities in Bexley for 2021 can be found here on the city website. Tickets are required for some evening activities, so check it out if you are planning to attend the fireworks in 2021. We have listed plans and organizer contact information on this page for your information as we have heard it. Please note some reunion classes have recently decided to hold a get-together and others have decided to wait until next time. Feel free to reach out to Director of Alumni and Donor Relations, Wendy Hauswirth with questions or concerns at email@example.com
